Dr. Fariba serves as the Medical Director and Collaborating Physician at GHS. Dr. Fariba provides clinical oversight and guidance to ensure the highest standards of treatment. In this role, Dr. Fariba supports the clinical team, oversees quality of care, and collaborates on treatment planning. While not currently accepting patients directly, Dr. Fariba plays a vital role in maintaining excellence, safety, and innovation in psychiatric services.

Idalmys Justi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate mental health care. With a prior background as a Medical Doctor from Cuba graduated in 1995, she brings over two decades of diverse clinical experience. She focuses on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and holistic mental health care tailored to the individual needs of each patient. With a strong commitment to promoting emotional wellness and resilience, she integrates evidence-based treatments with a compassionate approach to support patients on their healing journey.

Arletty Marrero is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a deep passion for psychiatry and mental health care. Her areas of practice include psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and the development of individualized treatment plans across the lifespan.
